The Washington State Legislature has crafted a brilliant new
law, and the Governor is signing it, to prohibit individuals under the age of
18 from using tanning bed services. The
law further states that those under 18 could
use tanning bed services if they have a Doctor’s prescription to do
so.
However, even with a Doctor’s prescription or if an
individual appears to be too young, they must provide a ‘government issued’ picture identification before services can be rendered.
WHAT? YOU NEED A
GOVERNMENT ISSUED PICTURE ID TO USE A TANNING BED BUT NOT TO REGISTER TO VOTE?

Are they all on drugs? Truly, there can be no other explanation!
